| The Southeastern
PA RC&D serves
seven counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania and was designated by
the USDA Secretary of Agriculture in 1998. To ensure proper
management of this "young" RC&D Council, Directors
attend workshops on board member responsibilities and the proper
financial management of a nonprofit organization. SEPA RC&D
projects include "Only Rain in the Drain", No Till
Vegetable Transplanting, Homeowner Environmental Resource Guide,
Barnyard Water Improvements, Livestock Watering and Fencing, and Dam
Removal to Restore Fish Migration
