About PA RC&D
Pennsylvania Association of Resource Conservation and Development Council was initially formed in November 1991 by six RC&D Councils (Penn Soil, Penn’s Corner, Endless Mountains, Pocono Northeast, Headwaters, and Southern Alleghenies RC&D’s.)
Over the years, as new RC&D Councils were formed in Pennsylvania, they joined the PA Association of RC&D Councils, bringing the current membership level to nine (9). |
The purpose of PA RC&D is to support the local RC&D Councils by developing and strengthening partnerships.
The Association sponsors an Annual Meeting for its members to meet, exchange ideas, and learn about the activities of other RC&D Councils. |
