Endless Mountains RC&D |
| The Endless Mountains RC&D Area encompasses six counties in the Appalachian Plateau region of the eastern northern tier of Pennsylvania. The Council became operational in 1968. Both public and privately funded projects range from repairing covered bridges, installation of dry hydrants for counties and volunteer fire departments, developing a vocational technical school, creating a wilderness area, and assisting in creation of the Northern Tier Hardwood Association. |
