Capital RC&D |

| The Capital RC&D Area was authorized in January 2002 and is the final piece of the Pennsylvania RC&D "puzzle." Capital RC&D serves seven counties in southcentral Pennsylvania. Some of the initial project goals identified by Capital RC&D include long range regional planning, storm water management, farmland preservation, water supply issues, solid waste management, as well as open space and passive recreation initiatives. | |||
